Freya is an HR Executive, Innovation Expert, Business Coach, and above all, a woman who has built her life with intention. With 15 extensive experience across financial services, not-for-profit, professional services and engineering, and a grounding in education, she brings both strategic depth and a deeply human perspective to the leaders and organisations she works with. She currently serves as State President of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) and as a Non-Executive Director, roles that speak to her commitment to elevating the HR profession and supporting NFP organisations, while championing ethical, future-focused leadership.
Beyond the boardroom
But Freya’s story doesn’t begin and end in the boardroom. She is a devoted mother, wife, and the proud owner of a beautiful Golden Retriever, who has made a conscious choice to align every part of her life to her values. You’ll find her picking blueberries at the beach, cooking with her family, spending long days on the farm, or curled up with the latest book she’s devouring and knowing Freya, she’ll already be thinking about how to share what she’s learnt. She is currently taking on her most joyful personal challenge yet: learning the violin as an adult. Proof that a growth mindset doesn’t stop at the office door.
